Buffets are an enjoyable, informal way to serve food for a social occasion and can be provided for small to large groups of people. Buffets work extremely well for occasions such as weddings, christenings, birthday parties, engagement parties and Christmas parties. We would prepare all the food fresh on the day, and deliver it ready to eat. We can even help set up the display. Whether you are looking for a cold finger buffet, a hot and cold buffet or a full gala buffet with live cooking or carvery stations we can provide the perfect buffet for your event.

Finger buffets

Finger buffets are best suited where seating for all guests attending isn’t available. All the items on a finger buffet are designed to be eaten by hand so eliminating the need to supply cutlery and making it as easy as possible for your guests to eat if standing is the only option.

Options usually include either regular sandwiches or our gourmet sandwiches on a variety of different breads and wraps along with individual savouries such as mini pasties, tarts, quiches, or skewered meats, cheeses and vegetables with dipping sauces. To finish we can provide a platter of our popular mini desserts.

Cold fork buffets

Cold fork buffets are the stepping stone between a finger buffet and a full hot and cold buffet. Sandwiches can be included, or we can provide bread baskets, a salad bar and a combination of cold meat and fish platters. Sweet options can be either mini desserts or larger tarts and gateaux cut into portions.​

Hot and cold buffets

In addition to items such as a salad bar and cold meat platters served in cold meat platters, hot food can also be supplied. From Thai chicken curry, to beef Bourginonne or dishes such as traditional Liverpool lamb scouse there is a huge range of food that could be offered on one of our hot and cold buffets.

Why not add a touch of theatre to your buffet and include a live cooking station? We can arrange for a chef to cook certain dishes at the buffet table as your guests approach. Maybe it’s a noodle counter or a traditional British beef carvery, you are looking for. Just ask our friendly staff and we can run through a range of available options.
